Fail Forward Friday has been a theme in my real estate business for years! Each and every Friday, every member of the team shares their biggest failure from the week, what they learned from them and how they will improve next week because of what they learned from the experience. Turning our failures into opportunities to grow has become the standard in our group. During the meeting, it’s always amazing to watch the team support each other and to help foster each individuals growth. Showing your vulnerability and then having a team that truly cares about helping you get better is invigorating and contagious.
We have a saying for any new hires: If you can’t think of a failure for the week then you’re either lying or you didn’t try hard enough! Change your perspective on failure. It’s not something to hide or shun. Instead, look for the life lesson in your mistake. How can you use it to become better?

He has summited Mt Kilimanjaro (the highest mountain in Africa), hiked to the hidden city of Machu Picchu in Peru, White Water Rafted 100 Miles of the Salmon Fork River in Idaho, Surfed the East Coast of Australia, Sky Dived over New Zealand and became certified to Scuba Dive in Fiji. His goals include growing his already successful real estate business, investing in passive income opportunities and, most importantly, becoming a better in all aspects of life. With a never ending desire for self-improvement and bucket list adventure, Nick will surely be an interesting host to listen to!!
