FFF has been a theme in my company for years. Each and every Friday, every member of the team shares their biggest failure from the week, what they learned from it and how they will be better next week because of it. It’s amazing to watch the team support each other and grow. Showing your vulnerability and having a team that truly cares about helping you get better is invigorating and contagious. We have a saying for newbies: If you can’t think of a failure for the week then you are either lying or you didn’t try hard enough! What I’ve found is FFF is a great way to show our team how failure fits in with success. We learn more from failures than we do success IF we learn from it and improve. Embrace your failures. The faster you fail, the closer you are to success!

The show is called Fail Forward Friday and each and every Friday we will examine our guests biggest failures, what they learned from that misstep and how they overcame it to become the person they are today!
