“Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.” –Winston Churchill

If you aren’t failing, you aren’t learning. If you aren’t learning, you aren’t growing!

Fail Early---Fail Faster---Fail Forward

Where did Fail Forward Friday come from?

Fail Forward Friday has been a theme in my real estate business for years! Each and every Friday, every member of the team shares their biggest failure from the week, what they learned from them and how they will improve next week because of what they learned from the experience. Turning our failures into opportunities to grow has become the standard in our group. During the meeting, it’s always amazing to watch the team support each other and to help foster each individuals growth. Showing your vulnerability and then having a team that truly cares about helping you get better is invigorating and contagious.

We have a saying for any new hires: If you can’t think of a failure for the week then you’re either lying or you didn’t try hard enough! Change your perspective on failure. It’s not something to hide or shun. Instead, look for the life lesson in your mistake. How can you use it to become better?

Fail Forward Friday is a great way to demonstrate how failure relates to success. We learn more from our failures than we do our successes. That is why I’m so passionate about helping people embrace their failures. The faster you fail, the faster you learn how to succeed!

At ease behind the lens or microphone

In “Waterfront House Hunting”, real estate expert Nick Waldner helps people find a new home in a more desirable, waterfront location that will better suit their lifestyle. From homes on the Gulf Shore of Alabama, to Lake Havasu in Arizona and Oceanside in Marathon, Florida, Nick will unearth one-of-a-kind properties with an enviable view worth moving for. Each episode of the series features a family or couple in different parts of the country looking for a new home with one requirement in common: close proximity to the water.
Every buyer has their own set of preferences — whether it’s a high-rise condo or a home large enough to fit an expanding family, Nick will guide them in the right direction and help prioritize their needs. After seeing three different options, buyers must choose which home will finally make their dream of living near the water come true.
